A teenager who never liked her body. A girl that wore only skirts to hide her thighs. An overachiever that controlled the uncontrollable with food. Enough was enough.

Back in 2017, I took a leap of faith and stepped on stage for the first time as a Bikini competitor. It sucked. Big time. The dream was alive, though. The dream to feel good in my body.

Relentless, in 2022 I stepped on stage as a Wellness competitor and won my first competition. This year, 2024, I conquered the Arnold Amateur stage in Columbus, OH and took second place in my height. This was it. The moment I felt I belong somewhere.

The strive to be better as an athlete made me educate myself further and further. I have completed ISSA certifications for both Personal Training and Nutritionist back in 2019. In April 2024 I received my latest certification for completing the J3 University Female Competitors Course which helped me prep my first Bikini client naturally and place her in the top rankings.

I love what I do. My knowledge and experience could be the stepping stone to your own success.
